I'm from the UK, where capital punishement was abolished in 1969. Here in the UK we would love capital punishement to be reintroduced, a life for a life as they sayDon't include me. Your reasoning is as confused as your conclusion. There is absolutely no logic in maintaining that killing is wrong and then appealing to that principle to justify more killing.

That's not what my point is about. Did I argue that iPhone 4 isn't the top selling phone? It is.

But iOS is slipping and every time people starts saying wait for iPhone #, then iOS will gain again. iPhone # is released, it doesn't happen, people start talking about iPhone #+1.

iphone cant run ipad apps.
Because the iPad has a different resolution so the app has to be programmer for the iPhone. However, universal apps are the same code base with the different resolution and UI information for the appropriate device. So yes, any application can be ran on both devices with minimal changes required.

I don't know what you expect, honestly.

Sorry, that probably needs some explanation. In much the same way as "Turbo" was in the '80s, and "Power" was in the '90s, and "Extreme" is in the 2000's, "Yahoogolous" is the marketing-word of 2021. Nothing to do with the .com that took over Microsoft in 2015 though.

Turbo brings back memories. The concept of having a button on your computer to use a higher clock speed and turn it off so games run at the standard speed. Some games were designed to run at 4.77 mhz. No faster.

I like the iChat function with the phone but I will be happy to see a phone that fully syncs with a Mac using Bluetooth. Addresses, photos, pictures, dial tones, music, movies, todos, and calendars. That would be cool if the basics would work. I hate my current phone because the designers have no creativity or brain to come up with those features.

Now all they need to do is lower the price to $75, or include dotMac with iLife, or give discounts on Apple software with the purchase of .Mac.

Oh, and they need to increase speed and storage. And they need to add support for smartphones by enabling "push" IMAP.

And they in general need to stop depending on their tie-ins to the OS to make it worth it for the service... thats something MS would do. Make it worth it because it is a better product.

What if the rumored mapping or phone stuff that might be part of Leopard is only for .Mac users?

.Mac users can call people from their computers or get .Mac Earth or something similar.

Also, iCal needs to go online (add, edit, etc. from the Internet), storage needs to go way up, etc.

Give me something AOL and Google don't.

AOL just announced something that allows you to back up 5GB of data. .Mac gives you 1 GB. AOL is free, .Mac costs $99. I understand there are other features, but AOL has most of them too. It's not worth the $$ until some major improvements happen.

Yeah, AOL has a better free IMAP mail solution than Apple and a free 5GB storage solution. I think it is freezing in hell right now... AOL has a better offering than Apple... and the AOL solution is FREE!
